I-35 Logistics Park – Building B & C
Conveniently located at the intersection of 155th street and Old Highway 56 in Olathe, Kansas, I-35 Logistics Park totals 330+ acres ready for 4.7 million square feet of Class A distribution space.
Building B was the first building completed at I-35 Logistics Park in 2013. It was the largest building ever built on a speculative basis in the Kansas City area. Only 2.5 miles from the city’s new 159th & Lone Elm interchange and ten miles from the new 1,000-acre Burlington Northern Intermodal Center in Edgerton, I-35 Logistics Park serves as a premier location for large-scale, efficient distribution. The facilities in I-35 Logistics Park are Class A state-of-the-art and LEED Certified, and offer a 50% tax abatement through the first 10 years upon construction
Building B is 32’ clear with pass-through loading and was first partially leased by 1A Auto, an aftermarket auto parts online retailer. Following 1A Auto, S & S Activewear leased another 474,000 square feet in the southern portion of the building. Today, the two tenants occupy the entire 821,662 SF facility.
Building C was the second building completed at I-35 Logistics Park. Building C offers 36′ clear with insulated tilt wall panels and expandability of up to an additional 310,000 SF. Building C was preleased by KGP Logistics. Following KGP Logistics, IT Renew leased another 315,242 SF. Today, the two tenants occupy the entire 567,115 SF facility.
