ABOUT I-35 LOGISTICS PARK
Developed by Kessinger/Hunter, I-35 Logistics Park is a 330 acre state-of-the-art development of Class A distribution space in Olathe, Kansas. Only 2.5 miles from the city’s new 159th & Lone Elm interchange at I-35 and 8.5 miles from the 1,200-acre BNSF intermodal center, I-35 Logistics Park in a premier location is primed to deliver up to its capacity of 4.7 million square feet.
In 2013, I-35 Logistics Park’s first building of 821,663 SF, Building B, was completed. Building B, at the time of its development, was the largest building ever built on a speculative basis in the Kansas City area. Building B features ESFR sprinkler system, 168 dock-high doors on a pass-through facility, and up to 270 trailer parking spots.
In 2016, the park announced a purchase of 134 acres that brought the total acreage to the 330 acres that the park controls today.
Today, the park is currently constructing a 567,115 SF facility that is expected to be complete by the end of 2018. With 251,873 SF of this facility being pre-leased, the park currently offers 315,242 SF as available for lease.
